Vade Retro technology is available in the form of a multi-platform API which can be integrated in applications or in a third equipment.

Efficiency and performance
The analysis module was designed for integrating applications which process high quantity of emails. This module was developed with the specific aim to offer a high running speed.
For example: it is possible to analyse more than 200 emails per second with a 3Ghz Intel processor computer.
Thanks to this processing speed, Vade Retro filter can be integrated in a current application. And this doesn't change material infrastructure.
The filter code is very compact and memory-saving: code and dictionary occupy about 400Ko space (depends on the processor and operating system), which is a considerable advantage in case of integration in a on-board system.
Component functioning
Filter module checks if each incoming email is spam or not and sends the verdict to the application. This one sends it a message in the form of a file name or a buffer and the module sends back the email spam score.
Email scoring and spam level allow host application to carry out different actions: transmission, marking, quarantine, deleting... (functions of determinate scores).
The reasons to choose Vade Retro
The analysis module is totally autonomous. It doesn't need any connection to a server and any access to a database during process. Emails scoring is carried out by an algorithmic analysis of the contents. This doesn't requires any information storage.
Its intelligence allows the filter engine to find automatically new kinds of spam and the user doesn't need to educate the filter. as soon as spam filter is set up, it is immediately ready without any tedious setting.
